Annual Special Events
Art Event features original artwork donated by area artists and is held the third Thursday in June. Silent auction, artist demonstrations, wine, food, and music make this a very special event. All proceeds are directed to our Endowment Fund which supports the care and service provided by Emmanuel Community.
Charity Benefit held the 4th Friday every January provides a fun night of music, dancing, dining, and a silent auction featuring items donated from our generous sponsors and supporters. Special projects enhancing the care and service provided at Emmanuel benefits from this annual event.
Christmas at Emmanuel includes a holiday craft show and luncheon in December in the nursing home’s Main Lounge. Area vendors offers various items for sale including fleece hats, blankets, jewelry, holiday trimmings, fresh homemade treats, and many other unique items. The Emmanuel Auxiliary holds their “Treasure” and Bake Sale. Residents love being able to go Christmas shopping in our home with friends from the community.
We Feast is our summer gathering of family and friends in July. Music by Clint Felker, children’s games and a summer buffet provides a wonderful opportunity of fellowship for residents, friends, family, and staff.
