Lamplighter Manor features 65 efficiency or one bedroom independent apartments with optional services up to a full assisted living level of care. Rental subsidies through the Section 8 program with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) are available to eligible individuals who are over 62 years of age or disabled.

Rental Application

If you are interested in moving into Lamplighter Manor, we encourage you to complete an application and Income Questionnaire as soon as possible. The application is brief, and completing it out does not obligate you in any way; however, completing the application is necessary to get your name on the waiting list. You must be over the age of 62 or disabled, meet our income limits, and have suitable references in order to be eligible to rent an apartment at Lamplighter Manor.
