The Emmanuel Community townhomes consist of 16 privately owned townhomes in clusters of four townhomes per cottage. Owners of North Shore Townhomes enjoy convenient access to the full range of services offered by Emmanuel Community. Services and oversight are managed by an association of elected townhome owners.
