The Madison

At Emmanuel Community we know how important it is to live independently and have high quality services available when you need them. At The Madison we offer independent living apartments for adults over the age of 50 or disabled, with availability of catered living services, up to a full assisted living level of care. Our focus is helping you live life the way you want to live it.

The spacious interiors feature a full kitchen, private outdoor deck, raised panel oak cabinets and doors, nine-foot ceilings, large windows with window treatments, central air conditioning and hot water heat with individual temperature control. All apartments are unfurnished and non-smoking. One or two bedroom apartments range from 706 t0 1110 square feet.
